These are the movies that either confused audiences, got dumped by studios, or flat-out failed at the box office… but later became beloved cult classics through DVD, cable, streaming, memes, and word-of-mouth. Mike talks to Emile Hirsch who talks about his love of the video store as a kid, landing the role of Speed Racer, working with his heroes, getting an early start as a child actor and his roles in Lords of Dogtown and Into the Wild.  In the Movie Review, Mike talks about Mortal Kombat 2. Johnny Cage joins other fighters in the ultimate, no-holds-barred battle to defeat the dark rule of Shao Kahn, a powerful tyrant who threatens the very existence of the Earthrealm and its defenders. Mike shares why unfortunately it wasn’t better than part 1, Karl Urban’s lackluster performance and why it feels like an off brand Avengers Infinity War. Movie Mike counts down his Top 10 Best and Worst Movies of the decade as we are well over halfway into 2026.  He breaks down the scenes that have defined modern cinema, these top movie quotes and the most gut wrenching movie so far of the decade that still chokes him up to this day.  On the flip side, Mike doesn’t hold back on the Worst Movies of the year, calling out superhero misfires and breaking down what went wrong with some of Hollywood’s weakest offerings of the decade and some of all-time. In the Movie Review, Mike talks about the new supernatural horror film Hokum starring Adam Scott.  He plays a novelist who travels to a remote hotel to scatter his parents' ashes and is consumed by tales of a witch haunting the honeymoon suite.
