This is the 8th and final part of the Hidden Taxes That Are Costing Your Millions Series

" You cannot out-strategize who you are being."— Dr. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon

Your next level may not need a better version of you. It may need a version of you you've never been before. That's a problem when the woman who got you here is brilliant, accomplished and has receipts. She survived. She produced. She figured it out. She built the business. And now you're trying to reward her by taking her with you. But what if the very identity responsible for your success has completed her assignment? What if you're changing the offer, team, strategy and brand while bringing the same identity into every new room, only to rebuild the same ceiling in a more expensive package? Maybe you don't need to fix who you are. Maybe you need to graduate from who you've been.

This episode is powered by The Ascension Archetype Quiz. What if the identity that made you successful is now the identity keeping you from your next level? In this finale of the Hidden Taxes Series, we're exposing the eighth and final tax, The Identity Tax, and uncovering the one thing connecting survival, approval, control, hustle, receiving, trust and visibility. This isn't another conversation about changing your business strategy, increasing productivity or setting bigger goals. It's about CEO identity, next-level leadership, identity transformation and the uncomfortable reality that you can change your offer, team, branding and business model and still recreate the same ceiling because the same person is building all of it. Your next level may not require more from the version of you who got you here. It may require you to honor her, release her and make room for who you're becoming.

Here’s the truth:releasing who got you here isn't betrayal. It's graduation. You don't have to shame the survivor, hustler, controller or performer who carried you this far. You can honor the assignment she completed without giving her responsibility for a future she wasn't built to lead.

You’ll walk away withthe complete Hidden Taxes Audit and a radically different way to think about your next level. You'll trace behavior back to fear, fear back to identity, and identify which version of you is still running your business long after her assignment ended. You'll also learn the three-step process for naming, honoring and releasing an expired identity, then begin making decisions as the next-level version of yourself before she feels familiar. Because becoming doesn't start when you finally feel different. It starts when you decide differently..

Grab your Move to Millions Podcast Notebook, a pen and your favorite beverage and listen in to discover:

✔How toidentify which Hidden Tax is costing you the most
✔ How to release an outdated identity that helped make you successful
✔ How to begin embodying your next-level identity now
✔And so much more

This episode is a call to stop trying to optimize an identity whose assignment is already complete. The version of you who survived, hustled, controlled, performed and carried everything wasn't wrong. She may simply be finished.

This is your invitation to run the most important audit of this entire series: identify the tax costing you the most, trace it back to the fear underneath it and finally meet the identity you've built around that fear. Then ask the question you've probably been avoiding: What version of me has expired?
