Sheldon White is a former NFL defensive back who played college football at the University of Miami, Ohio and was drafted in the third round of the 1988 NFL draft by the New York Giants. During his 6 year NFL career, Sheldon played for the New York Giants, the Detroit Lions, and the Cincinnati Bengals. Post the NFL, Sheldon worked for 19 years in the front office with the Detroit Lions, including serving as Vice President of Pro Personnel for six years and also serving as intermim general manager in 2015. Sheldon has also been on the executive staff at Michigan State University and current is a college scout with The Washington Football Team. In 2014, Sheldon was inducted into Miami University's Athletic Hall of Fame.
