Alex Molden: Making the “Extra” Part of Your Daily Routine

Today Alex Molden discusses the importance of consistent daily performance and how he empowers individuals do to the extra work that ensures success. Alex Molden is a former defensive back who played college football at the University of Oregon. Alex was drafted as the 11th overall pick in the first round of 1996 NFL Draft by the New Orleans Saints. He then played eight seasons in the NFL for the New Orleans Saints, the San Diego Chargers, and the Detroit Lions. Alex was also inducted into the Oregon Hall of Fame in 2008. Currently, Alex is a speaker, trainer, and coach that helps companies improve leadership and culture in the workplace.
