But Youth Advocate Daniel Principe says, "while they (boys) may be withdrawing, playing hard to get, grunting and not giving us much...we're the adults that have to lean in and say hey we love you and we're here for you. because otherwise they're going to seek that kind of connection, affirmation and validation elsewhere and that's not always in a healthy outlet."
