COVID-19 is still having lasting effects on kids and teens academically, socially and accelerated the aging of their brains. Dr. Danny Huerta with Focus on the Family shares research study from the University of Washington that revealed the pandemic caused teenage brains to age faster than normal. With teens at isolated at home rather than in their social groups many issues have developed such as anxiety and depression. Dr. Huerta also shares what can be done to reverse some of this damage.
