In 2014, more than 100,000 Christians fled their homes as members of the self-proclaimed Islamic State invaded Mosul and other towns in northern Iraq. Many stayed and died for their faith. VOM is focusing on an entire group this year: Christians who lost their lives in Northern Iraq and Syria as ISIS swept across that region ten years ago this month.
