 "Adolescent girls should fight for rights and families should support them. There is a need to empower oneself before looking at the empowerment of the community. Child marriage is a crime and it has to be stopped. The district administration in odisha  have  taken initiative of giving  cash rewards to any person who informs about scheduled child marriage .
