The feature enables passengers to directly communicate with the motorman or the RPF from inside the coach during an emergency, making train travel safer and ensuring quicker response in critical situations.

During the conversation, Malishka also spoke about the recent crime incidents reported in Mumbai's local trains, the Railway's loss of over ₹1 crore due to missing blankets and linen, and the viral video of a man seen wearing an Indian Railways bedsheet.
