At UFC 257, former UFC lightweight and featherweight champion Conor McGregor faced off with former interim lightweight champion Dustin Poirier in the pay-per-view main event on Fight Island. Elsewhere on the card, former Bellator lightweight champion Michael Chandler made his UFC debut against Dan Hooker. Amanda Ribas faced off against Marina Rodriguez, Jessica Eye and Joanne Calderwood locked horns and Andrew Sanchez fought Makhmud Muradov.

On the preliminary fight card, Julianna Peña fought Sara McMann, Arman Tsarukyan faced Matt Frevola, Brad Tavares squared off against Antonio Carlos Junior and much more.
