Jaimie Johnson is a coach, recovering perfectionist, and crazy dog mom. As a trauma-informed grief and resilience coach, she specializes in helping people own their lives - the good, the bad, and everything in between - so they can take back control and create a life that works for them instead of against them. After her fiancé died suddenly in 2014, Jaimie was left to muddle her own way through the messy process of healing and moving forward. Since then she has committed to creating space for hard conversations and helping others along the difficult path of rediscovering themselves after losing the future they envisioned.
