Despite pandemic woes, The Tourism sector in South Africa is continually one of the shining stars in our economy and a report released by the World Travel & Tourism Council forecasts that the sector will grow by an average of 7.6% annually over the next decade. 

Other data is showing that searches for flights to South Africa, in the second half of this year, have improved back to pre-pandemic levels. 

At the same time Statistics SA has reported that the number of arrivals from January to May went up 480% compared to figures from last year over the same period.
