In the news for the last week the focus was on the Tshwane City Council & Murunwa Makwarela who was mayor for only a few hours before it was revealed that he was declared insolvent which meant he didn’t qualify for the mayor’s office.

Many of you have asked when is one considered insolvent and how do we go about declaring insolvency in the country.
