Talks to save the Iran Nuclear Deal or Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action or JCPOA, and to bring Iran back into the deal’s compliance began in the beginning of 2021, but has been facing many obstacles. Just before the weekend, it was announced by the EU Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell that the talk in Vienna has been suspended due to external factors.
