Budget 2021 contained a slew of initiatives to address the social protection needs of vulnerable groups who are suffering from the economic fallout of Covid-19. Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop, Chairman of Khazanah Research Institute, gives us his views on the initiatives announced and whether it goes far enough.
