A revision in the Solicitor’s Remuneration Order (SRO 2023) will allow lawyers to charge more for conveyancing transactions increasing the conveyancing fee from 1% to 1.25% effective July 15th. This will affect the sale and purchase of movable and immovable properties, financing and tenancies.
