He will also receive the prestigious Teasdale-Corti Humanitarian Award from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada on September 26th. This Award acknowledges and celebrates a Canadian physician who has gone beyond the accepted norms of routine practice, which may include exposure to personal risk.
