Charles Bunney recounted the “unusually large smile” he found Zane Brown wearing one Monday morning, not too long ago. Bunney, project manager for Stryker & Co., and Brown, the project superintendent, were at work again on the massive restoration and renovation of the historic Montrose County courthouse. As Bunney tells it, Brown had spent his off time digging up information about the 100-plus-year-old structure, specifically, the time capsule people left in the structure in 1922.
