James Corson fought to save the world and survived being held prisoner by the Germans in WWII. On Nov. 5, he exercised one of the rights he and others had protected, by casting his vote at age 100. All those many years ago when he parachuted from his crashing B24, Corson used his wits and enjoyed some luck in surviving. On Election Day, he had help sorting out a miscommunication about his ballot, as well as help getting to the polls.
