According to research from recruitment firm Randstad, 43 percent of US employers surveyed have said that this particular ‘trend’ is currently happening when hiring a Gen Z. It's the scenario where a Gen Z candidate has accepted the job offer but only to bail out on it after, or what is known as “ghosting”.
