Starting on Tuesday (Nov 9), two measures will be introduced to tackle commonly voiced issues about Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) in Singapore. The two measures include a new clinical claims resolution process to resolve disputes over insurance claims, as well as IP insurers having more specialist doctors on their medical panels.
