Is there a gender pay gap in STEM careers? The answer is a resounding yes.
Data from the International Labour Organisation (ILO) shows that, on average, women earn about 20 percent less than men in STEM occupations worldwide.
A young couple is dedicated to closing this gap. By offering high-quality education, mentorship, and support from industry leaders at Google and Microsoft, their academy strives to empower more women to enter and excel in the tech industry.
