As the APAC region faces escalating climate challenges and rising greenhouse gas emissions, PepsiCo is stepping up to make a difference.
It launched its second Greenhouse Accelerator (GHAC) program in APAC, focused on reducing packaging waste, improving agricultural sustainability, and addressing climate change.
Ten finalists, from a diverse pool of applicants spanning Australia and New Zealand, China, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines, have been selected for this edition.
Aligned with the region’s net zero targets, PepsiCo is striving to realize its PepsiCo Positive goals to achieve net zero emissions by 2040 and inspire positive change for the environment we live in.
Its GHAC is a key element in the achievement of these goals, as the company looks to strengthen sustainability efforts in the US$2.75 billion global F&B industry.
Here's the in-depth conversation with Alan Choi, Chief Financial Officer, PepsiCo APAC.
