And as a result of that intense competition, eateries claim that Malaysia is facing a labour crunch on that front. Eric Neo, President of the Singapore Chefs' Association weighs in on whether Singapore's chef employment landscape is as rosy as it seems and overseas opportunities that our local chefs are looking to.
