Many people are familiar with the dai pai dong culture in Hong Kong, but it is dwindling due to modernization and regulatory changes.

In an effort to preserve this beloved tradition, a former investment banker turned successful F&B entrepreneur, has brought the vibrant atmosphere of Hong Kong street food to Singapore with his latest venture.
