Poland and military alliance NATO says that a missile that crashed inside Poland was probably a stray fired by Ukraine's air defences and not a Russian strike. Nevertheless, NATO's chief said that Russia, not Ukraine, was still to blame for starting the war in the first place with its February invasion and launching scores of missiles on Tuesday that triggered Ukrainian defences.
