What does it take for one person to make a difference in the lives of thousands?

In the debut episode of Community Heroes, we meet Koh Seng Choon, Executive Director at Project Dignity, a social enterprise creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities and those facing barriers to work.

From leaving the corporate world to juggling five jobs to keep his social enterprise afloat, his journey has been anything but easy. Yet, his determination to see abilities rather than disabilities has helped transform thousands of lives and earned him the title of The Straits Times Singaporean of the Year 2024.

We hear his story, the challenges and sacrifices along the way, and what he hopes to achieve as he continues championing a more inclusive Singapore.
