Breakfast Bites: Should dinner really be the smallest meal of the day??

"Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper." 

Or so the famous saying goes. 

But is it time to (if you haven't already) revisit and reframe this statement?

Studies suggest that there might be some health benefits associated with eating smaller dinners, or at least reducing our nighttime meal portion sizes.
