Love eggs, shellfish and milk, but get itchy afterwards? You're definitely not alone. Food allergies in children are the rise, as hospitals here are reportedly seeing more of them having adverse reactions to foods like eggs and peanuts in recent years.

Egg is the most common food allergen for children in Singapore, and though it can just be a nuisance for some when they eat out, some allergies can be life threatening and scary.

Audrey and Ryan chat about their own experience with allergies and how to deal with them.
