Amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life, it can be easy to take our many blessings for granted, especially those that are small and seemingly inconsequential.
Studies show writing down three things you are grateful for at the end of each day can actually boost your happiness levels over the medium to long term.
It can be anything from having a laugh with a co-worker, to acknowledging that you reached your destination safely.
