It's time to sober up and think about something serious: we’re going to talk about burnout. If you've experienced it, you know the feeling: an ongoing state of feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, and emotionally drained.
A study done by Mercer in 2022 suggests that 85% of Singapore employees say they feel at risk of extreme burnout. It’s gotten to the point where at one period after COVID, Mercer reported that 50% of workers said they intended to quit their jobs within a year.
Audrey, Ryan and Emaad talk about their experiences with burnout, who are most at risk, and what to do to help.
