The works, made from authentic Japanese ingredients like sushi rice, smoked salmon, and pickled ginger, measure 18cm tall and 10cm wide.
Also, fermented foods, such as kefir, kimchi, sauerkraut, and kombucha, have been used for centuries to preserve food. However, industrial production has led to the discovery of additives in almost one-third of these products, including salt, sugar, and artificial sweeteners. These additives are legal but technically classified as ultra-processed.
