The annual Cream Cheese Festival in New York hosted a Guinness World Record attempt with a 15,008-pound cheesecake, reclaiming the title from a previous record set in 2013.
The cheesecake, made by Derrick Langdon and his team, weighed 15,008 pounds, almost 7,000 kilograms.
On other news, new research suggests that three cups of coffee or tea a day may lower the risk of developing cardiometabolic multimorbidity, which includes coronary heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.
