Imagine waking up to the sound of chickens crowing outside your home every morning.

Would you be okay with it or would you want them gone?

Town Council staff in Tanjong Pagar were spotted catching free-roaming chickens following complaints that their early-morning crowing was affecting residents' sleep.

The incident has since sparked a debate with some defending the birds as part of Singapore's wildlife while others say residents shouldn't have to put up with the noise.

On What's Trending, Hongbin Jeong, Nadiah Koh and Alexandra Parada discuss how much wildlife residents should tolerate in their neighbourhoods and whether there's a way for people and wildlife to coexist.
