At 76, Esther Sim has battled breast cancer three times, recovered from a serious back injury and is now navigating pre-dementia. Despite these challenges, she continues to paddle with a dragon boat team and give back to the community.

On The Agenda, Hongbin Jeong speaks to Esther Sim, breast cancer survivor and member of the Breast Cancer Foundation's Paddlers in the Pink dragon boat team, about navigating life's challenges and finding the strength to keep going.
