At 24, SUSS finance student Yuan Ming is juggling university studies with a curry puff business he runs alongside his brother and a friend.

Instead of following the usual path of securing internships and a graduate job, he’s managing suppliers, accounts and food preparation, with some workdays starting as early as 1am.

On The Agenda, Hongbin Jeong speaks with Lim Yuan Ming, co-founder of What The Puff! and a finance student at SUSS, to find out what motivated him to start a business before graduation, the challenges of balancing school and entrepreneurship, and what his journey reveals about how Gen Z is rethinking career paths, financial security and success.
