Less than 500 people have passed the Master of Wine exams since 1953, and there are currently about 420 Masters of Wine in the world.
So it goes without saying that to be a Master of Wine is to be in a very exclusive club. And to sit down with a Master Of Wine and ask them to teach you more about what it takes to earn the title? About as rare as sampling a legendary vintage.
We speak with Richard Hemming, Head of Wine, Asia, 67 Pall Mall about his journey to mastery and how to invest in wine.
We also take a look inside private members’ club 67 Pall Mall Singapore, which claims the title of the biggest wine list in Singapore, as well as in Southeast Asia.
