Syed Adam’s journey is a testament to the power of mid-career education in driving sustainability efforts. As Business Development Manager at the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS), Syed is tackling key challenges under Singapore’s Green Plan 2030, focusing on renewable energy investment and upgrading infrastructure.
Originally an aerospace engineer, Syed transitioned to sustainability after witnessing the impact of CO2 emissions in Southeast Asia. Despite having no experience, he pursued short courses in solar energy, carbon accounting, and ESG, while learning from industry mentors.
