Valerie Valcourt, a 34-year-old former executive assistant, made headlines by quitting her six-figure tech job to follow her true passion for pastry.
After feeling unfulfilled in her corporate role, she bravely left Seattle and moved to the south of France to attend culinary school.
Despite initial challenges and setbacks, Valerie persevered, ultimately securing a full-time position as a pastry assistant at Maison Chabran.
