Shi Xuan initially aimed to join the Singapore Police Force due to her interest in logical reasoning but shifted to a career in education.

Despite struggling with math in secondary school, a supportive teacher in Sec 3 inspired her to pursue a teaching career to offer similar guidance to others.

Seeking a more advanced and innovative environment, she moved to Spark Education, where she collaborates with experts to create interactive, tech-driven curriculum materials.
