Mention 'private clubs', and certain things usually come to mind — opulent decor, exclusive privileges, elite members and a VIP waiting list.

Yet, there's so much more to private members clubs than that.

From networking with some of the city's movers and shakers, to attending private events, being a member of an exclusive club has a wide range of perks.

With social club 1880, founder Marc Nicholson’s goal was to provoke conversation and inspire discourse.
