In 2022, influencer and Youtuber Logan Paul paid about $5.3 million for a PSA grade 10 Pikachu Illustrator card, thought to be the rarest Pokémon card in the world.

And he’s not alone. Today, Pokémon cards are viewed as a viable investment option, with plenty of collectors shelling out big bucks for the rarest cards.
