What makes a good business leader? Are they known for exceptional decision-making skills or their power to influence others?

What about the ability to make others happy, and promote positivity? The word ‘joy’ is not one that you commonly think of when it comes to leadership. 

This year The Peak Singapore's Power List is honouring business leaders who have contributed to spreading happiness, and uplifting the spirits of those around them.

On this month's The Peak special on R.I.C.H,  Zat Astha, Editor-in-Chief, The Peak Singapore tell us more about the awardees of this year's list. 

The list is an annual recognition that celebrates and acknowledges individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, influence, and impact within their respective fields and the broader community.
