Praised as a schoolgirl for keeping quiet in class, Vivian Lim now uses her voice for positive change.

The TEDxSingapore license holder and founder of The Idea Co believes that dialogue is needed to push the needle forward in building a more equitable society.

That pushed Vivian to carve out a career in uncovering hidden stories and bridging cultural and gender differences by building communities to inspire social good.
