On What's Trending, Hongbin Jeong, Nadiah Koh and Nazirul Asrar dives into a story where a cake shop owner in Thailand had sued a customer who gave a 1-star review... and failed!

What started as a form of constructive criticism turned into a defamation lawsuit for a customer. With the shop owner's threats, the case was sent to court. But in a surprise twist, the court dismissed the case entirely, making this a win for consumers. So the trio discussed whether owner's reaction was blown way out of proportion, and what they would have done if they were in a similar situation as the F&B business owner.
