Singapore’s first-ever Human-Centred Design Institute (HCDI) was launched to help organisations upskill their employees with design thinking skills through its suite of customizable training programmes to keep up with the rapid rate of digitalisation in the post-pandemic landscape.

Representing the bank is Ms Yap Aye Wee, SVP, Head of Learning & Development and Organisation Development, Group Human Resources.
