As announced at Budget 2023, the Government will hand out a one-time ‘cost-of-living special payment’ and another S$300 in CDC vouchers to allay inflation concerns. The scheme has also be expanded recently and the vouchers can now be used at supermarkets as well.

Gen Z is often seen as a generation of digital natives who consume technology, but some are taking things a step further by creating their own inventions to solve real-world problems.

From mömigo, a reusable breastmilk storage and feeding system inspired by the challenges of breastfeeding on the go, to JellyBot, an underwater robot designed to monitor coral reefs with less disruption to marine life, these inventions show how everyday problems can spark new ideas.

Twenty-year-old Trevor, known as @trevuh2, has organised what he calls Singapore’s largest game of Duck, Duck, Goose, bringing strangers together to play, socialise and hopefully make new friends.
