She arrived in Bali in 2016 after fully embracing a plant-based diet, training as a raw and vegan chef back in Perth.
And now she is a plant-based chef at Tanaman which is part of Desa Potato Head Bali. And her work for Tanaman means bringing themes of zero-waste to life as well as incorporating processes like fermentation into her signature dishes.
