Cuba is the Malay word for “try.” And it is a home-based business by chef Nazrin Shah.

Cuba offers a menu of elevated Malay dishes such as nasi ulam ayam percik buah keluak, as well as a set of caneles, which comes in original and pandan flavours.

On Culture Club, Hongbin Jeong speaks with Nazrin Shah, Founder, CUBA to find out how he takes traditional flavours in heritage-inspired dishes, and give it a contemporary twist.
