It’s World Cocktail Day today! May 13 marks the first time the word “cocktail” was published, and the beginning of the drink’s rise in popularity around the world.

So what better way to celebrate than 37 floors up, overlooking the Phnom Penh skyline?

Soaring above the city's skyline, Sora (which means “sky” in Japanese) stands as an impressive beacon of cocktail excellence.

Sora Bar, at Rosewood Hotel Phnom Penh, has recently secured a listing in the World’s 50 Best Bars Discovery list as a ‘must-visit’ destination.
